The Bangladesh Under-19 women cricketers’ camp is starting tomorrow (Thursday) at the wet outfield of Shahid Chandu Stadium, which is flooded due to regular rain.

The camp organized by BCB will continue till September 6.

3 young women cricketers from Bogra are participating in the camp. They are Sraboni, Meghla and Aporna.

According to BCB sources, the members of the youth women cricket team will arrive in Bogra on Thursday, August 20 and stay at Hotel Momin. They will start practicing from the next day. They will take a break on August 24 and practice again the next day.

The young women will face each other in the first practice match on August 26.

They will start practicing again on August 28 after a one-day break. The second practice match will be held on August 30. After a one-day break, the third practice match will be held on September 3. After a one-day break, the last practice of just one day will be held on September 5.

The young women will participate in the last practice match of the camp on September 6.

BCB sources have confirmed that although a practice match has been organized, spectators will not be allowed to enter the field. However, journalists will be able to enjoy the game.

Meanwhile, although a camp has been organized for young women cricketers, the practice match is still uncertain as the outfield of Shahid Chandu Stadium is clogged with rain.

At the moment, the outfield of the stadium is completely unsuitable for play. Even if there is no new rain, the groundsmen believe that it is impossible to play on this field for now. As a result, indoor is the only hope for young women cricketers to practice.
