Mushfiqur Rahim is on the verge of making history as he comes out to bat in his 100th Test match. He is unbeaten on 99 in the first innings of the 2nd Test against Ireland at the Sher-e-Bangla Stadium in Mirpur. Bangladesh ended the day with a one-run deficit as the first day’s play ended.

Batting at number four, Mushfiqur Rahim is unbeaten on 99 off 187 balls with the help of 5 boundaries.

Bangladesh’s score at the end of the first day was 292 for 4. Mumnul 65, Mahmudul Hasan Joy 35 and Shadman Islam scored 34 runs.
