Bangladesh to arrive in New Zealand on April 13
The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has announced a 15-member squad for the first two matches of the ODI series against New Zealand. There are no changes to the team from the last Pakistan series. Bangladesh won the three-match ODI series at home 2-1.
Five Bangladeshi cricketers have to return midway through the PSL to play against New Zealand. They are Tanjid Hasan Tamim, Mostafizur Rahman, Nahid Rana, Rishad Hossain and Shariful Islam. They were given NOCs until April 12. Apart from these five cricketers, Parvez Hossain, who was in the PSL, did not get a chance to play the ODI.
The New Zealand team will arrive in Bangladesh on April 13 to play three ODIs and three T20Is. The first ODI of the series will be held at the Sher-e-Bangla Stadium in Mirpur on April 17. The second ODI will be held on April 20 and the third ODI on April 23 at the same ground. The T20I series matches will be played on April 27 and 29 and May 2.
