Jamilnagar Youth Club emerged champions in the final match of the Nurul Alam Tutul Memorial Volleyball Tournament organized by Bogra Asia Traders on Saturday.

Jamilnagar Youth Club defeated Dhaka Titas Club 3-0 in the match held at Altafunnesa Sports Ground on Saturday afternoon and won the championship trophy. After the match, the chief guest, Bangladesh Volleyball Federation Vice President MA Latif Shahariar Zahedi, distributed prizes among the winners.

Bangladesh Volleyball Federation General Secretary Bimal Ghosh, EC member Amirul Hossain Apon, Lincoln Hossain, former national volleyball player Mominur Rashid Babu, BNP Central Committee Executive Member Ali Azgar Talukder Hena, Bangladesh District and Divisional Sports Organizers Association Member Secretary Syed Aminul Haque Dewan Sajal were present as special guests.

The event was attended by Bogra District Sports Association Ad Hoc Committee Member Khaled Mahmud Rubel, Bogra Municipality Ward No. 8 Councilor Ershadul Bari Ershad, Shaheed Chandu Stadium Venue Manager Jamilur Rahman Jamil, Tournament Committee Member Secretary Shudd, and others.

The tournament champion Jamilnagar Jubo Sangha was awarded a trophy along with a cash prize of 1.5 lakh taka and the runner-up Dhaka Titas Club was awarded a cash prize of 1 lakh taka and a trophy. Players from both the national volleyball teams participated.
