Indian opener Rohit Sharma is now the owner of the most sixes in ODI cricket. Rohit set a new record today by breaking Shahid Afridi’s record of 351 sixes.
He hit 3 sixes on the way to playing an innings of 57 runs off 51 balls in the first ODI of the South Africa series. In this, Rohit has hit 352 sixes in ODIs. Rohit has surpassed Afridi by playing 100 innings less than Afridi.
Although the former Indian captain has played much more balls than Afridi. Rohit has played 12,321 balls in ODIs, while Afridi has played 6892 balls.
