Bogra senior sports journalist Sanaul Haque Shuvo’s father, former talented badminton, football, cricket and hockey player Azizul Haque, has passed away. Inna lillahi wa inna ilaihi rajiun. He passed away today at around 1:45 pm. He was 67 years old at the time of his death.

Sports journalist Sanaul Haque Shuvo, son of the late Azizul Haque, said that the funeral of the deceased will be held tomorrow, Wednesday after Zohar at the Jame Mosque of the Meteorological Office in Kandar.

The Bogra Sports Reporters Association has expressed deep shock and condolences over the death of talented sportsperson Azizul Haque. In a condolence message, the organization’s president Mustafa Mughal and general secretary H Alim prayed for the forgiveness of the deceased’s soul and expressed sincere condolences to the bereaved family.
