Bogra district has reached the semi-finals of the national U-15 football tournament organized by the Bangladesh Football Federation. Bogra secured the semi-finals by defeating Jhenaidah district team 2-1 at the Noakhali District Stadium on Friday.

Bogra took the lead in the first half of the game with Shakib’s goal. But Jhenaidah returned to the draw after a short while. Bogra took the lead again in the second half with Jim’s goal. In the end, the Bogra youth won the match 2-1.

The semi-finals of the tournament will be held at the Noakhali Stadium on December 28.

Khwaja Abu Hayat Hiru, councilor of the Bangladesh Football Federation and Bogra district officer-in-charge, congratulated the team’s players, coach, manager and everyone involved on the victory of the Bogra district team.
