A new committee has been formed in the general meeting of Bogra Sports Reporters Association. On Sunday afternoon, the members of the organization re-elected Mostafa Moghol as president and H Alim as general secretary.

The annual general meeting of the organization was held on Sunday afternoon, January 4, at a local restaurant in Bogra city. The meeting was presided over by the organization’s president Mostafa Moghol. At the beginning of the meeting, the July martyrs were remembered. General Secretary H Alim read the annual report of the previous year. Treasurer Sanaul Haque Shuvo presented the income and expenditure account. The general meeting approved the income and expenditure account and discussed various organizational issues. Former presidents Rahat Ritu, Zahurul Islam, Tofazzal Hossain spoke in the meeting.

The general meeting took decisions on various organizational issues including making the organization more dynamic, playing a role in the development of sports in Bogra, cooperating in the development of new athletes, and motivating sports organizers and players.

After the discussion, the 2025 committee was dissolved as per the constitution and an election management committee was formed with former president Rahat Ritu as chairman and Zahurul Islam as a member. In the election, Mustafa Mughal was elected unopposed as president and H Alim as general secretary. The other members of the committee are vice-president Tofazzal Hossain, vice-general secretary Shamim Alam, treasurer Sanaul Haque Shuvo, executive members Rahat Ritu, Zahurul Islam.
