The “SR Group Moslem Memorial T20 Cricket Tournament” organized by X Cricketers Bogra in memory of former cricketer and coach Late Moslem Uddin was inaugurated today.

Rezaul Karim Badsha, newly elected National Parliament Member of Bogra-6 Sadar constituency, inaugurated the tournament at Shaheed Chandu Stadium this Saturday morning. In the inaugural match, Bogra’s Independence’24 defeated Rangpur Young Cricket Club by 7 wickets.

The inaugural ceremony was presided over by tournament committee convener Syed Aminul Haque Dewan Sajal, with Additional Deputy Commissioner (General) Md. Mejbaul Karim and SR Group Managing Director Md. Asif Rabbani as special guests.

Among others present were former general secretary of Bogra DS and former director of Bangladesh Cricket Board MR Siddique Lemon, managing director of Revo Ishtiaq Ahmed, managing director of Northern Screen Aminur Rahman, chairman of Land Sale Emdad Ahmed Babu, former member of Bogra District Sports Association Khwaja Abu Hayat Hiru, venue manager of Shahid Chandu Stadium Jamilur Rahman Jamil, tournament committee members Khaled Mahmud Rubel, Shahedul Islam Robi, Hadia Zaman Shishir, Maruf Hossain, and others.
